I loved writing a series of party-themed blogs for this fantastic wedding and events band hire website. Function Central got in touch as they were looking for specific mid- to long-form party planning blogs to add value to their website, all while boosting the company profile and reach. Covering everything from how to throw an unforgettable 40th birthday party to planning a 00's themed celebration, it was a lot of fun!
Ellie Sanderson is a multi award-winning group of bridal boutiques based in the South of England. I've been working with this client for many years now, writing regular blog posts to create a strong brand identity. From bridal designer profiles and wedding dress trends to insider news and events, I'm lucky enough to get to write about it all.
Another long-term client, I provide a variety of copywriting services for this unique wedding venues brand. I regularly write engaging SEO blog posts for a number of the wedding venues they represent, as well as company blogs and newsletters, award nominations and press releases.
I had the pleasure of working with this client to create SEO blog posts showcasing the real weddings they photographed. The blog posts helped to drive traffic to the website and reach potential clients, all while showing off the photographer's amazing skills.

I've been a contributor to MadeForMums for many years, regularly writing in-depth reviews of the latest parenting products and days out, alongside editorial content and working as a freelance editor.
Working as a freelance parenting reviewer for the IndyBest since 2021, I've written a wide range of well-researched reviews based on genuine, hands-on testing. From gender-neutral kids' clothing to the best football goals for children, I've covered a LOT!
Editing
One of my favourite freelance editing projects ever. I was asked by Susie, the founder of community initiative The Maternity Pledge, to edit Matrescence magazine – a realistic support guide for mothers-to-be and new mums. I worked on everything from crafting a consistent tone of voice, signposting, section titles, pace and flow. We are all so proud of the end result.
